• • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicles.
  • Vehicle will run only the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest wants to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him or her.

Important Travel Advisory & Vehicle Usage:

• Vehicle is used strictly as per itinerary and not for disposal.
• A full-day local within the city vehicle with driver is available for 8 hours/ 80Kms (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
• AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicles.
• Guests should not force our driver to go on speed beyond the normal speed set under the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
• Kindly check all your belongings before leaving the vehicle; we are not responsible for any loss.
• Vehicle will run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest wants to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/her.
• Driver details will be sent by Message or WhatsApp or Mail one day your tour program from our Tour Coordinator.
• If a child’s age is incorrectly reported to the organization, we may recover a significant amount.
• Each quote provided is based on the number of passengers (both adults and children). Any changes to the number of passengers will result in corresponding changes in the per-passenger rates quoted.
• This is only a quote no reservations have been made yet, and all hotels are subject to availability.
• In the event of natural calamities (e.g., landslides) or political events (such as bandhs), if roads are closed and alternative routes are required, any additional costs incurred for the detour will be the responsibility of the guest / Agent and must be paid directly. Please note, the itinerary cannot be changed due to flight or train delays, or any situations beyond our control.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in time (14:00 noon) / Check out time (11:00 morning), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days – 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less – 100% of the Total cost.
