Tour Plan

Day 01: Arrival at Varanasi & Evening Aarti:-

Pick up from Varanasi Airport and transfer to hotel (Early check in & late checkout is subject to availability) for check in process. Evening observe the Holy worship or the Aarti custom on the Ghats of The Ganges. The Varanasi Ganga Aarti happens every day at blessed Dasaswamedh Ghat. After aarti
return back to hotel and overnight stay in Varanasi. 

You will be taken on an early morning to Ganga Ghat for Holy dips. After that you will be taken on a temple tour to enjoy the morning rituals in famous temples like Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Kaal Bhairav Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple & Tridev Temple. Later, you will be taken on a road trip to Sarnath
visit Archeological Museum, Buddha Temples & Stupas. After sightseeing return back to the hotel and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer towards Ayodhya, as reach visit Sri Ram Janma-Bhoomi, Dasarat Mahal, Kanak Mahal & Hanuman Garhi Temple. After sightseeing check in at the hotel and overnight stay in Ayodhya.

NOTE: Guest have to hire a Battery-Rickshaw to cover Ayodhya, Ayodhya has implemented several traffic restrictions, especially around the Ram Mandir area, to manage crowds and ensure smooth movement.

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and we shall escort you to Ayodhya Airport. Tour ends with sweet memories………..

Notes:-

  • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
  • Vehicle will run only the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him or her.

General Conditions & Remarks:

  • Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
  • Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
  • Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
  • We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date
  • Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
  • In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
  • Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
  • The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
  • Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
  • All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
  • We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

  • We require all guest’s ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
  • Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
  • Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
  • All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 days.
  • If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
  • 15 to 07 Days – 50 % of the Total cost.
  • 07 Days or less – 100% of the Total cost.
