Day 01: Arrival at Bhuj – Dhordo (Rann Utsav) {80 Km / 02 Hrs. approx.}:-

Pickup from Bhuj Railway Station / Airport, you will get a warm welcome from our representative and to Dhordo. As we reach, proceed to the tent for check in and relax some time. Later, explore the local market & shopping area, where you can shop for traditional Kutchi handicrafts, embroidered textiles, mirror-work items, handmade artefacts, and local souvenirs. In the evening, enjoy the mesmerizing sunset over the White Rann. Later, experience the vibrant Rann Utsav Cultural Program featuring Garba, Folk Dance, Live Music, Traditional Kutchi Performances, and Local Art & Entertainment Shows. Overnight stay at Dhordo.

Early morning, proceed to the White Rann to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the White Salt Desert. Return to the camp and enjoy breakfast. Later, visit Kalo Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point in Kutch, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, followed by a visit to Gandhi Nu Gam, a traditional village known for its beautiful handicrafts, embroidery, and local Kutchi culture. After sightseeing, return to the camp and relax. In the evening, enjoy the vibrant Rann Utsav Cultural Program featuring Garba, Folk Dance, Live Music, Traditional Kutchi Performances, and Local Art & Entertainment Shows. Overnight stay at Dhordo.

Morning after breakfast, check out the tent and transfer and proceed to Bhuj, if time permits visit

Aina Mahal (Mirror Palace) – an 18th-century royal residence renowned for its intricate mirror work and rare antique collections, Prag Mahal – an impressive Italian-Gothic style palace showcasing the grandeur of Kutch’s royal era, Swaminarayan Temple after sightseeing, we shall escort you to Bhuj Airport / Railway Station. General Conditions & Remarks:

  • Offered rates are Net and non- commissionable.
  • Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
  • Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
  • We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date
  • Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
  • In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
  • Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
  • The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
  • Tent check in time 12:30 / Check Out time 09:00, early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
  • All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
  • We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 days.
  • If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
  • 15 to 07 Days – 50 % of the Total cost.
  • 07 Days or less – 100% of the Total cost.
