Tour Plan

Day 01:- Arrival at Dehradun – Mussoorie (40 Kms / 02 Hrs approx.):-

Namaste and Welcome to Dehradun upon arrival at Dehradun railway station / airport, you will get a warm welcome and transfer to Mussoorie, as reach check in at the hotel and overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Morning after breakfast visit famous Kempty falls, Company Garden, Camel’s Back Road and also visit Library Bazaar & Mall road. After sightseeing, return back to the hotel. Overnight at Mussoorie.

Note: You can adventure activities like Sky Riding, Paragliding and Ropeway to Gun Hill (on direct payment basis).

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Nainital. As we reach check in at hotel and overnight stay in Nainital.

Morning after breakfast, visit a sightseeing tour, beginning with boating on the famous Naini Lake (at your own cost) and visit to the holy Naina Devi Temple. After that, visit famous tourist spots like Eco Cave Park, in the evening, enjoy shopping at the Mall Road. Overnight stay at the hotel in Nainital
Note: Our Vehicles are not allowed to do local sightseeing in Nainital. Local Union Taxi will be required to do local Sightseeing of Nainital. (On direct payment bases)

Note: You can do adventure activities like Zip line, Horse Riding, River Crossing, Paragliding, and Ropeway Ride (on direct payment basis).

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Jim Corbett. As we reach, enjoy Jungle Safari in Jim Corbett National Park (at your own cost). After sightseeing check in at the hotel and overnight stay in Jim Corbett.

NOTE: Jungle Safari in Corbett is subject to book in advance with Guest ID / Age & Name – Advance permit issued in advance, this permit is not refundable.

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Dehradun as we reach we shall escort you to Dehradun Airport. Tour ends with sweet memories……………..

  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangement, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Notes:- 

  • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle
  • Check in time 14:00 & check out time 11:00
  • Vehicles run only till the point it is allowed in a particular destination, if the guest want to travel/ visit beyond that point will have to arrange the local transport by him/herself.
  • This is only a quote no reservations have been made yet, and all hotels are subject to availability
  • As per recent transport guidelines issued by the State Governments the use of external luggage carriers on vehicles is not permitted. We kindly request our Tourist to pack light and carry essential luggage only, helping us ensure a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant journey.

General Conditions & Remarks:

  • Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
  • Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
  • Rates may change if traveling dates are changed
  • We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date
  • Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
  • In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
  • Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
  • The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
  • Early check in / Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.
  • All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
  • We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
  • If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
  • 15 to 07 Days – 50 % of the Total Cost.
  • 07 Days or less – 100% of the Total cost.
